The Reports page is the executive dashboard — high-level metrics and charts that summarise workforce health and operational signals across modules.

Metric cards​

  • Employee count — active headcount
  • Leave balance — aggregate available leave (PTO, sick, etc.) across the tenant
  • Staffing coverage — % of forecast demand met by the published schedule
  • Adherence — tenant-wide intraday adherence

Charts​

  • Adherence by interval — intraday curve showing how adherence tracks across the day
  • Leave trends — leave taken vs. accrued over the last N periods
  • New hire / termination volume — flow chart of joiners vs. leavers per period

Read-only​

This page doesn't write — it's a status view, used for exec syncs, weekly reviews, and quick health checks.
