Reports
/reports
The Reports page is the executive dashboard — high-level metrics and charts that summarise workforce health and operational signals across modules.
Metric cards
- Employee count — active headcount
- Leave balance — aggregate available leave (PTO, sick, etc.) across the tenant
- Staffing coverage — % of forecast demand met by the published schedule
- Adherence — tenant-wide intraday adherence
Charts
- Adherence by interval — intraday curve showing how adherence tracks across the day
- Leave trends — leave taken vs. accrued over the last N periods
- New hire / termination volume — flow chart of joiners vs. leavers per period
Export
Any of the dashboards can be exported straight from the detail view as PDF or CSV:
- PDF — the charts and a data summary rendered as a branded, printable document
- CSV — RFC 4180 with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, ready to drop into a spreadsheet
Export covers the four internal dashboards (Adherence, Workforce, Leave, Recruiting) and the three client-portal report types (Operations Summary, QA Trend, Staffing Snapshot). Every export is recorded in the audit log.
Read-only
This page doesn't write — it's a status view, used for exec syncs, weekly reviews, and quick health checks.
For the board-level summary aimed at the CEO/CFO, see the Executive dashboard.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) is captured from post-interaction surveys and rolled up alongside the QA score. It isn't a card on this internal exec dashboard — it surfaces where it drives client-facing commitments:
- Client portal → SLA scorecard — Customer Satisfaction is shown against its target, next to Adherence, Coverage, and QA Score, and rolled up from CSAT and quality evaluations. See the Client portal overview.
- QA Trend — one of the three client-portal report types (exportable as PDF/CSV from its detail view), the CSAT series trends over time.
To feed CSAT, configure survey ingestion in the QA/survey settings; without a survey source the CSAT figure reads as "no data" on the scorecard.
Module-specific reports
Each module also has its own dedicated reports:
- QA → Dashboard & reports for QA metrics
- Compliance for labour-rule violations
- Billing → SLA for client SLA scorecards
The Reports page is the cross-module roll-up; module pages are the drill-down.
