Candidates can request accessibility accommodations during an assessment (extended time, screen reader compatibility, etc.). Approving HR contacts review and decide. Per spec, requests should be resolved within one business day.
What the table shows
Per row: candidate name, accommodation type (e.g., EXTENDED_TIME,
SCREEN_READER), status (requested / approved / denied), request timestamp,
and a description excerpt.
The status filter defaults to requested so the queue shows just what needs action; switch to approved or denied to see history.
Reviewing a request
The Review button (visible only on requested rows) opens a dialog with the candidate's full description and the Approve / Deny actions. Approval applies the accommodation to the candidate's pending and future assessments (e.g., extended time multiplier on the timer).
Decisions are audited and the candidate is notified.
