Tracking Your Application
After logging in to the portal, navigate to My Applications to see all your submitted applications and their current status.
Application detail
Click any application to open its detail page.
Stage timeline
The top of the page shows your application stage with a timeline of status updates. Each entry includes the stage name and any notes the recruiter has added. You can see at a glance how far your application has progressed.
The possible stages, in order, are: Applied → Assessment → Screening → Interview → Background Check → Offer → Hired. Two terminal exits — Rejected and Withdrawn — can be reached from any non-terminal stage.
Action items
If the recruiter has requested something from you, an Action Required alert appears at the top of the page. This could be a document to sign, a policy to acknowledge, a file to upload, or an assessment to complete.
Assessment status
If the role includes an assessment (see Applying → If the role includes an assessment), an Assessment card appears on your application page. It shows:
- Status — not started, in progress, awaiting review, or completed
- Stage — Stage 1 (inline at apply) or Stage 2 (email invite)
- Time limit and progress while you're taking it
- A link to Resume if you closed the tab partway through
If your responses include free-text answers, the result may briefly show Awaiting review while a human adjudicator confirms the score. This usually resolves within one business day.
If you submitted an accommodation request, its status appears here too: Requested, Approved, or Denied.
Responding to an offer
When an offer is extended, an Offer card appears on your application page showing:
- Proposed compensation
- Start date
- Offer expiry date
- Link to the offer letter document
You have two options:
- Accept — moves you into the hire package / pre-boarding stage
- Decline — declines the offer; you can add a brief reason
Offers have an expiry date set by the recruiter. Make sure to respond before the offer expires. Contact the recruiter directly if you need an extension.
Signing documents
If documents require your signature, they appear in the Documents to Sign section. Click Sign to open the signing experience:
- Review the document.
- Type your full legal name in the confirmation field.
- Click Confirm Signature.
The document is marked as signed and the timestamp is recorded.
Acknowledging policies
Policy acknowledgements appear in the Policy Acknowledgements section. Click View Policy to read the document, then click Acknowledge to confirm you have read and understood it.
Uploading documents
If the recruiter has requested specific files (government ID, proof of address, etc.), use the Upload section to attach them. Uploaded files are scanned automatically — you will see a confirmation once the scan is complete.
