Applying for a Position
Starting an application
From the job detail page, click Apply. If you do not already have a portal account, you will be prompted to create one as part of the application.
The application form
The application form collects:
- Personal information — name, contact details, location
- Resume — upload your resume (PDF or Word format)
- Cover letter — optional written introduction (typed directly or uploaded)
- Screening questions — any role-specific questions configured by the recruiter
Fill in all required fields and click Submit Application.
Email verification
If this is your first application, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Click the link in the email to verify your account. Your application is submitted immediately — verification just unlocks your ability to log in and track status.
After submitting
Once submitted, you will see a confirmation screen. You can then:
- Return to the Careers page to browse other positions
- Log in to the portal to track your application status
All communication from the recruiter team — interview invitations, status updates, and offer notifications — will be sent to the email address you used to apply.
If the role includes an assessment
Some roles include a short pre-screening assessment so the recruiter can understand your fit. There are two ways an assessment may be presented:
Inline at apply (Stage 1)
If the role has a Stage 1 assessment, it appears immediately after you submit your application, in the same browser tab. You'll see:
- A welcome screen with the time limit and number of questions
- The questions themselves — multiple choice, ranking, situational judgement, or short typing exercises depending on the role
- A confirmation screen when you're done
Complete the assessment before closing the tab. Most Stage 1 assessments are short — typically 5–15 minutes. Your results are scored automatically and update your application status straight away.
Email invite (Stage 2)
If the role has a Stage 2 assessment, you'll receive an email invitation later in the process — usually after the recruiter has reviewed your application. The email contains a unique link that opens the assessment in your browser.
Stage 2 assessments are typically longer (20–60 minutes) and more role-specific. The email tells you the time window for completing it and any prerequisites.
If you need an accommodation
If you need an accommodation to complete the assessment — extended time, screen-reader compatibility, or anything else — request it from the Request accommodation link shown on the assessment welcome screen. The HR team reviews requests within one business day.
