Positions

/settings/positions

The Positions catalogue defines job titles employees can hold and the metadata each position carries — including which leave accrual policy applies.

What the table shows

Per row: position title, enabled status, linked leave accrual policies.

Edit dialog

• Title — display name
• Leave policies — pick one or more accrual policies (defined in Settings → Leave types)
• Enabled — disable to remove from the picker without deleting historical assignments

Where positions show up

• Employees — the position field on the employee profile pulls from this list
• Recruiting — requisitions reference a position
• Change requests — position-change requests pick from this list
• Leave — accrual rates per leave type are derived from the position's linked policies
